Welcome to an exciting new school year! Thank you for your interest in the Aftercare program. The Aftercare program starts immediately after carpool and ends promptly at 6:00 PM every day school is in session. Parents can voluntarily participate in the program as many days as needed. Payment can be made by visiting our School Store.
K-12 Aftercare Costs: The cost of Grades K-8 Aftercare for the entire school year is $1360.00 for full time care. This can be paid through PAY PAL in eight equal payments of $170.00 or one lump sum payment of $1224.00, which includes a 10% discount.
K-12 Drop In Aftercare Services and Costs: Drop-in-care use of Aftercare will be in a pre-paid basis. You can purchase days in sets of five from the online school store. Please be sure to print and bring your receipt to the Aftercare staff. No cash will be accepted.
9-12 Aftercare Costs: The cost of Grades 9-12 Aftercare for the entire school year is $900.00 for full time care. This can be paid through PAY PAL in eight equal payments of $112.50 or one lump sum payment of $810.00, which includes a 10% discount.
About Our Program: The After School Program offers structured after school care for students. Below is an outline of the program:
1. Program runs from the end of the school day until 6 p.m.;
2. Structured homework time with assistance from educational professionals;
3. Planned activities for all age groups;
4. Staffed by Franklin Academy employees;
5. Offered to students K-12 across our 3 campuses.
Note: Aftercare is a voluntary program. Students and parents are expected to follow all rules and procedures. Failure to comply with these established guidelines may result in your child being asked not to return to aftercare.

Franklin Academy will no longer be accepting cash or check payments.
All After School Care payments will be processed through PayPal and participants must make arrangements to pay via PayPal if they plan to enroll their child for the first semester/second semester of the school year. Parents will be able to choose a payment schedule that works for them and payments will automatically be drafted through PayPal on the credit or debit card of your choice. A few important notes:
You will need to use or create a PayPal account to have these payments processed and this can be done safely and securely through www.paypal.com. Please note that the school will not have access to any personal credit information as all payments are processed securely through PayPal.
Refunds and PayPal: Refunds for services may be rendered within 15 days of payment. Refund amounts will include the amount paid MINUS a 5% processing fee. Requests for refunds should be sent directly to firstname.lastname@example.org.
